Payment

Paypal is our preferred form of accepted method of payment because it ensures that both our customers and ourselves are protected* in the event of anything going wrong. You do not need a Paypal account to pay us however, you only need a credit or debit card. We also accept payment by cheque, but please note that orders will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

Cash or cheque payment will be allowed on items that are being collected.

*Paypal automatically covers all payments made to our Paypal account up to £500, at no extra cost. By using Paypal, your transaction is kept very secure, we never see any of your financial details.

Postage

We usually use Parcelforce for all pickups and deliveries, and items within mainland UK* are usually dispatched using a 24 hour service. Collecting items is more than welcome.

Overseas delivery is available but postage costs are subject to change, please contact BEFORE buying for a postage quote. We generally dispatch orders within 2 working days, however during busy times, this may stretch to 5 working days.

*Please note, that what is geographically mainland UK is not necessarily classed that by Parcelforce (and all major couriers). So buyers needing delivery within the following postcodes have an added P&P charge of £6.00. This is exactly the extra charge we pay for sending to these postcodes, nothing more. The postcodes are: All starting HS, KW, ZE as well as PH postcodes between 42-44, PA 20/41-49/60-78, IV41-49/55-56. We reserve the right to add this charge to any deliveries outwith these postcodes that Parcelforce charge us for. This extra cost is completely out of our hands and as stated, is only what we pay over the standard delivery charge. If you are unsure as to whether this will apply to you, please get in touch BEFORE buying and we will check.

For delivery to Northern Ireland an added charge of £10 will be applied, and for the Republic Of Ireland a surcharge of £20 will be applied.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that we make a mistake with your order, or the item is damaged in transit, please return it to us within 14 days of dispatch for a full refund. In the case of damaged items, we prefer to send a replacement, however if a refund is preferable, please note that this will only be given after compensation has been received from the courier.
