A traditional old favourite. Strong upright growth habit and heavy yielding producing high quality fruits in long bunches of medium sized crimson berries. Laxton is the most Mildew resistant variety. Flowers are produced later than most redcurrants thereby avoiding late frosts. The branches will spread & become more open with maturity. A good variety for all-purposes.

- Plant 1.5m apart in rows 1.5m apart
3 litre stock will be supplied pot grown during late Spring, Summer & early Autumn, thereafter the plants could be fresh potted. Please enquire for clarification.
Bare root stock is available for dispatch between November & late March. From late summer, you can pre-order bare root stock, just bear in mind that payment will be taken in full at time of ordering.
