FRAGARIA x ananassa STRAWBERRY Honeoye

One of the leading early fruiting commercial varieties.  A highly productive variety, vigorous and consistent cropper, bearing fruits over a longer period than most other varieties.  The berries are of superb quality, they have an attractive glossy appearance and have a firm red flesh of good flavour.  Excellent for freezing.  Has a strong resistance to botrytis, and is also tolerant of powdery mildew.  Consistent performer with a good upright growing habit.  An ideal choice for a wide range of purposes and is suitable for container growing.
