Description
VACCINIUM corymbosum BLUEBERRY Miniblue 3L
A new release from USDA & Oregon State University, Miniblue is distinguished by its superior flavour and fruit quality, as well as high yields of very small, firm and vibrantly coloured fruit. This mid-season cultivar is very vigorous with a natural tendency to ramificate (produce branches) which makes plant presentation excellent, it also has a narrow and upright growth habit making it ideal for small places and container growing. Interest through the seasons with an abundance of white waxy bell-shaped blooms in Spring and a glowing golden-orange autumn colour.
- Self fertile, but as with all blueberries, cross pollination will encourage a greater yield.
- Eventual height and spread: 1.5m x 1.2m.
- Planting distance: 1.5m apart or in pots using Ericaceous compost.
- Cropping season: July.
This product is supplied in a 3 litre pot.
3L stock will be supplied as pot grown plants where possible but at certain times of year they maybe fresh potted. Please enquire if clarification required.
